The way the announcements are rolling out, The Palace Theatre is going to have a very busy spring. Just an hour after announcing the Grand Opening featuring Atmosphere, First Avenue and Jam Productions released info for the next day show. Minnesota music icons The Jaywaks will be supported by The Cactus Blossoms on Saturday 3/11. Tickets will go on sale starting Friday 1/20 at First Avenue Outlets and their website, with a fan presale a day earlier.
“To have The Jayhawks with The Cactus Blossoms play opening weekend at the Palace Theatre is really special – we’re proud to open the room with some of our favorite local musicians,” says First Avenue and Palace Theatre General Manager Nate Kranz. Both bands played First Avenue’s Mainroom just last month.
