Tank and the Bangas is a group of musicians from New Orleans, USA, that is known for their nomination for “Best New Artist” at the 2020 Grammy Awards and winners of the NPR Tiny Desk Contest back in 2017. This group is described as a combination of Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, and even Spoken Word – we’re in for a treat with Tank and the Gang!
Headlining this event will be The Revivalists. Also from New Orleans, this band is an eight-piece group that has everything from saxophones to drums and pedal steel guitars. Ever since their start in 2007, the group has received more and more attention with hits like “Wish I Knew You” that was #1 on the Adult Alternative Boards in 2016 and 2017 at different times, as well as in 2018 with their single “All My Friends” that is on their most recent album Take Good Care.
