Local radio station GO96.3 has found a way to turn average radio listeners into concert goers in the past and they are going at it again. On Thursday, June 29th, First Avenue will host yet another “GO show” featuring MisterWives from New York City. This pop band has found huge success not only on the radio but in general. With songs that you may not even know belong to them, MisterWives has an engaging live show full of energy that is enough to have any casual fan into a superfan leaving the concert with armfuls of merch. This six piece has been together for five years now and seem to have made waves with both of their full length albums. With their newest album “Connect The Dots” having come out just a month ago, I’m excited to see what how the new songs translate live. If it’s anything like the older songs that I’ve seen them perform before, I know it’ll be more than worth your time to check out.
The show will be hosted by local celebrity DJ “Miles the DJ” and will also feature sets from The Greeting Committee and Bell the Band.
