Get out of your normal Friday routine with Yoke Lore and FRENSHIP at First Avneue’s 7th Street Entry on April 27th. There are plenty of other weekends to hang at home or hit the bar – but it’s not every weekend great talent swings through town. Yoke Lore is the project of Brooklyn-based artist Adrian Galvin. Last time Yoke Lore played Minneapolis we had the chance to get to know Galvin a bit better ahead of his set – check out the full conversation HERE. Since that show last fall, Galvin has been making quite the name for Yoke Lore. He’s of course supporting FRENSHIP on their massive North American Tour and even snagged a spot of tastemaker and pop-goddess Taylor Swift’s “Songs Taylor Loves” Spotify playlist.
FRENSHIP is electropop duo James Sunderland and Brett Hite. They are best known for their 2016 single, “Capsize.” Since the release of Capsize, FRENSHIP has gone on to rack up millions of streams across Spotify, Soundcloud and climb the HypeMachine charts.
