The Fine Line Cafe will be hosting Cautious Clay and Remi Wolf on The Context Tour on December 2nd. The sounds of Cleveland and California will be coming together for something jazzy, snazzy, and that’s just a couple of ways to describe the beautifully unique sounds of these two artists.

Cautious Clay is based out of Cleveland, Ohio and has been known for not only his singing and songwriting, but also his record productions. His instrument skills range from saxophone, flute, all the way to the drums. This independent artist released his first single “Cold War” in September of 2017 and has been gaining attention to date with his most recent Extended Play being Table of Context which was released this year. Cautious, AKA Joshua Karpeh, is heavily associated with artist Taylor Swift as his song “Cold War” is sampled on her song “London Boy.” That’s an easy way to get some spotify streams, if you ask me.

Joining Clay will be California native Remi Wolf. Wolf has been supposedly singing since the age of 7, and has loved it from the start. Her first single “Guy” was released this past year and she’s on her way to releasing an EP as well. She considers her music genre to be “magical surrealism” and gained attention with her previous EP You’re a Dog
