Young heartthrob Barns Courtney will be gracing the stage at The Fine Line on Wednesday, June 28th. Barns (born Barnaby George Courtney) may only be 26 years old but that’s not something you really notice when watching him live. The amount of talent this kid (literally, kid) has is immeasurable and his passion is electrifying. With his only release being his EP “Hands” that came out last year, I’m excited to see what his new music is like. You better believe that you will hear one of his many radio hits throughout the show along with some unfamiliar tracks that I’m sure will be just as catchy.
Opening the show is Foxtrax, a three piece indie rock band. I have to be honest, I was unfamiliar with these guys prior to seeing them on this bill but, after listening to just a couple snippets online, I’m excited. They may be labelled as indie rock but don’t let that fool you, their music is unique, catchy, and absolutely perfect. It will have you dancing around whether you want to or not and is sure to leave you with a smile on your face. Make sure you get to the show early to catch these guys!
