Welsh-Ghanian singer Thomas Abban is set to release his debut album this Thursday 8/17 at the Icehouse. Tickets are available HERE
Opening for him will be Dark Pony a singer/songwriter and music producer also from Minneapolis.
Abban describes himself as “An artist- in- residence in existence” and there is quite bit of buzz surrounding his first release. The Current just picked up his new song “Symmety and Black Tar” and reviews of his album are full of praise of his guitar playing, lyrics and Jimi Hendrix has been mentioned more than once as has been Bruno Mars.
